The University Counseling Service will present a series of 45-minute resiliency workshops on Wednesdays at 12:15 p.m. in Tomlinson Library. Students can drop in for all or part of any of the workshops geared toward bouncing back from setbacks and stressors.
This Wednesday, March 28, at 12:15 p.m., Eboni Morris will provide an introduction to anger management skills, including ways to express anger in positive ways and how to identify when angry behaviors are causing more problems than they are solving.
