Universal Health Aid of Cleveland hosts roundtable discussion on racial and economic health disparities

In the spring 2021 semester, Universal Health Aid of Cleveland, an organization based at Case Western Reserve University, hosted a virtual roundtable discussion focused on exploring racial and economic health disparities through the lens of COVID-19, with specific focuses on the following subtopics: institutional responsibilities, mental health, and misinformation. We invited experts Dr. Edgar Jackson, health disparity expert and former chief of staff at University Hospitals, and Ms. Yvonka Hall, executive director of the Northeast Ohio Black Health Coalition, to discuss these aforementioned topics that should concern us all a part of the greater Cleveland community.
