The University Center for Innovation in Teaching and Education and the Office of Undergraduate Studies will host a training session for undergraduate students who will work as TAs in the spring term.
TA responsibilities may include grading, leading a lab, teaching a recitation section, or some other combination of teaching responsibilities.
The training session will be held Jan. 27 from 1 to 3 p.m. in Nord Hall, Room 356. The training is required by the Office of the Provost for new undergraduates working as TAs, or returning undergraduates who did not complete training in a previous year.
Snacks will be provided at the event.
A small stipend is provided to the undergraduate TAs that successfully complete the training.
Registration for the session will open Jan. 7. Get more information about the training and registration.
