There are open student representative positions on the Faculty Senate, and all students interested in being involved in university policy-making and networking with administrators are encouraged to apply.
The open positions are:
- One representative to the Faculty Senate Committee on Information and Communication Technology
- One representative to the Faculty Senate Committee on Minority Affairs
- Two representatives to the Faculty Senate Committee on Undergraduate Education (FSCUE)
- One representative to the Faculty Senate Committee on University Libraries
- One representative to the FSCUE Academic Standing Subcommittee
- One representative to the FSCUE Admissions Subcommittee
- Two representatives to the FSCUE Curriculum Subcommittee
- Two representatives to the FSCUE Student Life Subcommittee
