Blackboard has been updated for the fall 2014 semester to enhance the learning management system. The new version improves the usefulness of Blackboard tests, notifications and groups.
At the next University Center for Innovation in Teaching and Education (UCITE) session, Katie Skapin, an instructional technologist, will walk participants through the new version to help them understand the changes and introduce them to new features.
The session is Thursday, July 31, from noon to 1 p.m., in the Herrick Room on the ground floor of the Allen Building (at the corner of Adelbert Road and Euclid Avenue).
