The University Center for Innovation in Teaching and Education (UCITE) will offer a session titled “Using Canvas in the Classroom” Thursday, Aug. 31, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. in Allen Memorial Medical Library’s Herrick Room.
Led by Lauren Rogers, Katie Skapin and Genevieve Mathieson Kilmer from Teaching and Learning Technologies, this session will highlight some of the most powerful and useful features in the system, including adding the calendar and course modules. They also will demonstrate key functionality, such as adding content, assignments and quizzes to courses.
Pizza and sodas will be provided at this session.
