On Thursday, Nov. 15, Professor Emeritus Wally Gingerich will lead a UCITE session on handling academic conflict and improving negotiation skills.
Gingerich, who heads the Faculty Conciliation and Mediation Program, will focus on ways to help faculty understand the nature of conflict, highlight tools that can be used to manage conflicts and emphasize extra resources that are available.
This session will be held from noon to 1 p.m. in the Herrick Room of the Allen Memorial Library Building.
