Sarah de Swart recently took over the interim director role of the University Center for Innovation in Teaching and Education (UCITE).
De Swart has been a member of UCITE since 2001 and served as associate director of the center prior to Mano Singham’s retirement in December.
A graduate of Harvard University, de Swart is an organizational and communications consultant, certified executive coach, team facilitator and professional voice and speech coach. Her experience spans more than 20 years in the areas of personal and professional development.
In addition to providing faculty with grant and fellowship opportunities, each week, UCITE hosts sessions for faculty on a variety of topics to help them to enhance their teaching repertoire.
