Tune into the Case for Wellness podcast for insights on cultivating happiness and empathic learning

The Case for Wellness team from CWRU Health and Wellness Council welcomes listeners to its second season of podcasts. In this season, Case for Wellness will interview experts—usually Case Western Reserve University faculty members—on their expertise regarding health and wellness. With this new format, the Case for Wellness podcast episodes will offer listeners opportunities to take in expert advice and gain new insights on health and wellness.

This week, the Case for Wellness team interviewed Tony Jack, associate professor of philosophy. Jack taught PHIL 222: The Science of Happiness course during this January Term.
