The Case Western Reserve University Police Department advises the campus community that the intersection of Bellflower Road and Ford Drive on the westbound side (toward East Boulevard) will be closed intermittently while work is done on underground pipes through Wednesday, Sept. 3. Flagmen will assist with traffic when the road is opened.
On Thursday, Sept. 4, East 115th Street, between Wade Park Avenue and Finnegan Way (behind the North Residential Village), will be closed from 7 a.m. to noon while construction equipment is unloaded. Drivers should seek alternate routes.
