Toby’s Plaza to be pickup location for Fresh Fork Market

Toby’s Plaza at Uptown has been confirmed as a pickup location for Fresh Fork Market subscriptions—founded by Case Western Reserve University alumnus Trevor Clatterbuck (CWR ’08).

Each Friday, local foods will be available for pickup as part of the weekly subscription service. Fresh and tender greens, sweet local strawberries and vine-ripened heirloom tomatoes are among the foods to be delivered throughout the summer.

Last season, Fresh Fork Market customers enjoyed access to more than 400 different products over the course of the season. In addition to the shares, Fresh Fork offers farm-fresh eggs, grass-grazed dairy products, pasture-raised meats, organic grains and locally produced artisan goods.

The 22-week season runs from June through October. It is available in different share sizes and dietary preferences. Subscription to the program starts at $25 per week.

Pickup at Toby’s Plaza will be every Friday, from 4 to 7 p.m.

The program begins this week. Anyone interested in participating in the program can subscribe online.
