Find support to end addiction to tobacco with a free eight-week Tobacco Cessation class.
The program helps assess readiness to end tobacco use, identify reasons for wanting to quit and the barriers to quitting, develop trigger awareness and make a plan for behavior change.
This step-by-step program helps end nicotine use through self-discovery and group support, including aspects of behavior change, the importance of good nutrition, exercise and stress management.
The program runs for eight Thursdays at noon in the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, Room 236, starting March 23.
Faculty, staff and students can participate in the program but must register by contacting Tobacco Cessation Educator Valerie Clause at vclause@easeatwork.com.
