Tickets still are available for the Inamori Ethics Prize events on Wednesday, Oct. 1. The symposium will be held at 12:30 p.m. in the Tinkham Veale University Center’s Kelvin & Eleanor Smith Foundation Grand Ballroom. The Prize Ceremony and Recipient Lecture will take place that evening at 6 p.m. in the same location.
This year’s Inamori Ethics Prize will be awarded to Denis Mukwege, a committed physician and human rights activist who has worked tirelessly with and for women who have suffered traumatic and violent attacks in the name of war. A full profile of Mukwege can be found on The Daily‘s website.
