Thwing Center Postal Substation will have partial service and hours Aug. 8-11, with operating hours from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The substation is closed on Fridays during the summer (May 20-Aug. 19). Departments with Case accounts can order stamps online for pickup or delivery at http://studentaffairs.case.edu/thwing/postal/.
