Three faculty members at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences were honored as mentors through the Council on Social Work Education’s (CSWE) Council on the Role and Status of Women in Social Work Education Mentor Recognition Program.
The program honors mentors who have made a difference.
The Mandel School faculty honored were:
- Kathleen J. Farkas, associate professor;
- Elizabeth M. Tracy, the Grace Longwell Coyle Professor in Social Work and associate dean of research; and
- Zoe Breen Wood, assistant professor.
Nominated for the award by their students, the faculty members were acknowledged at the networking breakfast at the CSWE 2016 annual program meeting Nov. 5.
