Weatherhead School of Management will host an engaging talk titled “The Top 5 Things to Understand about Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace” with Diana Bilimoria, the KeyBank Professor and Professor and Chair of the Department of Organizational Behavior, in the next Thought Leaders Series event Tuesday, Feb. 16, at 5:30 p.m.
Bilimoria will base this talk off her work with organizations in the diversity and inclusion space and will share her top five things that organizational leaders and change agents should know about diversity and inclusion to catalyze positive change in their teams and organizations.
