Weatherhead School of Management will host a live Thought Leaders Series webinar titled “Emotionally Intelligent Leaders and the Sense of Belonging in Virtual and Hybrid Work Environments” Tuesday, July 11, from noon to 1 p.m.
This session will include an in-depth review of a longitudinal study conducted within a Fortune 100 organization between October 2020 and November 2022. The researcher will share findings on the direct and measurable influence leaders’ emotional intelligence levels had on over 1,000 employees’ human need to belong in physically disconnected work environments and what these findings have to offer leaders supporting modern work environments.
