The Office of Student Activities and Leadership and the Professional Development Center within the Department of Graduate Studies will host another session of Graduate Student Coaching. This free program introduces an opportunity for master’s and PhD students and postdoctoral scholars to develop both personally and professionally.
Each participant will engage in up to four individual coaching sessions with a professional staff graduate of the Weatherhead Executive Coaching Certificate program. The participant will engage in one-on-one self-reflection and self-action planning. Participants will be given the workbook Becoming a Resonant Leader to use during the coaching process.
This program has a limited capacity, with approximately 20 participants accepted for each session. This next session will be the third since the start of the initiative.
The program will begin with an orientation lunch for those selected Tuesday, May 22. Coaching will occur between late May and early August.
