Advance Directives let others know what types of medical care you want and who you want involved in circumstances you are not able to participate in your own medical decisions? Unfortunately, many people lack these important documents, especially in the LGBTQ+ community!
Please join this important conversation to:
• Reflect on your medical wishes
• Engage in conversations to help others understand those wishes
• Complete Advance Directives to share with your loved ones and medical providers

• 30-minute presentation from members of the MetroHealth Center for Biomedical Ethics to begin at 4:30pm, followed by Q&A
• Space available for private consultation and assistance with completing Advance Directives on site
• Welcome to stop by whenever is most convenient- you do not need to be present for the full two hours
• Fun raffle prizes will be available to participants
