Case Western Reserve University School of Law will host a webinar about the U.S. Supreme Court’s affirmative action decision in Students for Fair Admissions Inc. (SFAI) v. President and Fellows of Harvard and SFAI v. University of North Carolina.
The webinar, titled “The Supreme Court Affirmative Action Decision, Explained,” will be held Monday, July 17, from 5 to 6:15 p.m.
The following faculty members will lend their expertise:
- Atiba Ellis, the Laura B. Chisholm Distinguished Research Scholar and professor of law; and
- Jessie Hill, the Judge Ben C. Green Professor of Law and associate dean for research and faculty development.
Bryan Adamson, the David L. Brennan Chaired Professor of Law and associate dean of diversity at the law school, will moderate the discussion.
