The Case Comprehensive Cancer Center invites the campus community to The Race, the 16th-annual fundraising event in support of innovative breast cancer research Sunday, May 12, at 7:30 a.m. at Legacy Village (25001 Cedar Road, Lyndhurst).
The Race features a 5K or a 1-mile walk/run and fun activities for the whole family. Participants will receive T-shirts and there will be refreshments, clowns, a bounce house, laser tag, face painting and more. Prizes will be given away throughout the morning.
For the past 15 years, The Race has attracted thousands of participants each Mother’s Day. Thanks to support from private donors, 100% of this year’s registration fees and donations will be used for breast cancer research.
Race day registration will begin at 7:30 a.m.
