The Internet of Things: John Gannon, president and CEO of Blue Spark Technologies

Join the Veale Institute for Entrepreneurship Monday, Oct. 5, at 5 p.m. via Facebook Live as part of the Case Western Reserve University class, “Advanced Seminar: The Internet of Things,” for a discussion with John Gannon, president and CEO of Blue Spark Technologies.

Gannon brings with him a deep understanding of the technology industry, as well as the energy and drive that is leading Blue Spark Technologies into the commercialization of its innovative, patented products. Gannon is also co-inventor of Blue Spark’s newest product TempTraq®.

The Internet of Things is a CWRU Advanced Seminar course taught by David Sylvan, professor of design and innovation at the Weatherhead School of Management at CWRU. The course is designed to give students the opportunity to explore the community of ideas and activities related to the professional and managerial world.

Several lectures from The Internet of Things course will be livestreamed this fall semester for the Veale Institute’s Open Class Series. Other Open Classes this semester feature seminars from Brandon Cornuke’s AMES Business Model course, Michael Goldberg’s Beyond Silicon Valley course, and Gary Pillar’s Advanced Seminar on Sports Management. Information on these seminars is provided through Veale Institute social media platforms.
