“The Federal Criminal Justice Process”

Case Western Reserve University School of Law will host a panel discussion titled “The Federal Criminal Justice Process” Friday, Nov. 10, from 9 to 11 a.m. in the Moot Courtroom (A59).

This distinguished panel will feature:

  • U.S. District Judge J. Philip Calabrese;
  • U.S. Magistrate Judge James E. Grimes Jr.;
  • Assistant United States Attorney Margaret Sweeney; and 
  • Assistant Public Defender Christian Grostic.

The panelists will share their experiences and perspectives on different facets of federal criminal prosecution.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Jennifer Dowdell Armstrong and Edmund W. Searby will moderate the discussion.
