The Women Faculty of the School of Medicine invites members of the Case Western Reserve University community to explore the distinctions of coaching, mentoring and sponsoring. This session, titled “The Coach Approach: A New Way of Fostering Professional Development,” will be held Thursday, Nov. 3, from 5 to 6 p.m. via Zoom.
Participants will:
- Recognize the value of the coach approach; and
- Identify how they can intentionally build their developmental network to include opportunities for coaching.
Andrea Sikon, professor of medicine at CWRU and chair of Cleveland Clinic’s Department of Internal Medicine and Geriatrics, will lead this session.
