“The Classroom, The Boardroom, Every Room: Asian and AAPI Experiences at CWRU and Beyond”

Engage with a panel of CWRU Asian, Asian American and Pacific Islander students, faculty, staff and alumni to learn more about their experiences. “The Classroom, The Boardroom, Every Room: Asian and AAPI Experiences at CWRU and Beyond” will be held Friday, May 14, from 3 p.m. This event is part of CWRU’s celebration of Asian, Pacific Islander, Desi and Asian American Heritage Month.

The panel will feature:

  • Grace Zhang, a student studying biochemistry through the School of Medicine and international studies at the College of Arts and Sciences;
  • Hiroyuki Fujita, an alumnus and founder and CEO of Quality Electrodynamics; and
  • Ashley Lu, an alumna and Master of Accountancy program manager at Weatherhead School of Management.

Robert Solomon, vice president of the Office for Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunity, will introduce the panel and David Fleshler, vice provost for international affairs, will moderate the discussion.
