“The Asian American and Pacific Islander Experiences of Racism during COVID-19”

The School of Medicine’s Office of Diversity and Inclusive Excellence will host the 2021 Summer Virtual Inclusive Talks and Lecture Series (VITALS) with presentations in June, July and August. The series will examine health disparities and the effects of COVID-19. Each talk will last for 45 minutes with 15 minutes for a Q&A session.

Ben Li, the Edward G. Mansour Professor of Surgical Oncology and medical director of the MetroHealth Cancer Center, will open the series with a talk titled “The Asian American and Pacific Islander Experiences of Racism during COVID-19.”

This talk will be held Tuesday, June 29, at 7 a.m.
