Teatime for Peace

The university community is invited to Teatime for Peace, a special dialogue with a focus on getting to know Muslim members of our community, Monday, Sept. 23, at 6:15 p.m. in the Thwing Center ballroom.

In response to rhetoric toward American Muslims, a group of from Women Speak Out for Peace and Justice decided to organize and put effort toward countering the current climate, which led to the first Teatime for Peace event. Each event is held in a different local space and is open to all who are interested in open dialogue.

This event is free and open to the community. RSVP to socialjustice@case.edu.

The Office for Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunity, Social Justice Institute, Office for Multicultural Affairs, Interreligious Council, CWRU Muslim Student Association and CAIR Ohio will co-sponsor this event.
