Faculty and staff members are invited to take 30 minutes each week through the end of the semester to focus on their own well-being through self-care activities, such as relaxation, mindfulness, movement and stretching.
Each week a facilitator will lead participants.
Two sessions will be offered: Tranquil Tuesdays and Wellness Wednesdays.
Tranquil Tuesdays will be held via Zoom from 9 to 9:30 a.m. March 11 and 25, April 8 and 22, and May 6 and 20.
Wellness Wednesdays will be held via Zoom from 3 to 3:30 p.m. March 19; April 2, 16 and 30, and May 14 and 28.
Setting aside a consistent time each week to focus on self-care activities will help you maintain a high level of well-being during chaotic and stressful times.
