Eating wild (consuming foods growing all around us) can be both nutritious and delicious. Our ancestors had the skills and knowledge needed to gather and prepare wild foods that not only sustained them but optimized their health and well-being. Such knowledge is worth preserving.
This half-semester class focuses on identifying and preparing healthy, simple, budget-friendly WILD foods and cooking skills to increase your confidence in the kitchen.
