The Professional Development Center (PDC) has started a new monthly initiative to highlight available resources relating to both hard and soft professional skills. These resources are available and free of charge to all Case Western Reserve University staff and faculty members.
The featured hard skill for February is G Suite and Google Apps and the soft skill is customer service. To access these resources, faculty and staff members can activate their free Academic Impressions and LinkedIn Learning accounts with their CWRU network ID and password.
Once you have set up your accounts, access February’s training by visiting the PDC’s website. Visit the Monthly Training Highlight section and browse all resources available as they launch each month.

- The PDC launched its spring 2022 training calendar with training opportunities open to all faculty and staff members. Visit the PDC website to view curriculum offerings or to download a printable version of the calendar.
- Take advantage of free training available through the Employee Assistance Program IMPACT Solutions. View the calendar for upcoming programs like “Preventing and Managing Burnout” and “Respect at Work.” Events are scheduled through June 2022.
