Swing into spring with workshops offered by the [U]Tech Teaching and Learning Technologies team

Prepare for teaching during the January term and spring semester with remote delivery workshops with University Technology ([U]Tech)’s Teaching and Learning Technologies team.

Several installments of the “Swing into Spring Flexible Course Design Series” will be held this month (all held from 2:30 to 4 p.m.):

  • Monday, Dec. 14: “Technology and Flexible Course Design”
  • Tuesday, Dec. 15: “Assessment and Flexible Course Design”
  • Wednesday, Dec. 16: “Synchronous and Asynchronous Course Activities and Assignments in Flexible Course Design”
  • Thursday, Dec. 17: “Communication and Community in Flexible Course Design”

In January, the series will be repeated on the following dates, with all sessions held from 10 to 11:30 a.m.:

  • Monday, Jan. 11: “Technology and Flexible Course Design”
  • Tuesday, Jan. 12: “Assessment and Flexible Course Design”
  • Wednesday, Jan. 13: “Synchronous and Asynchronous Course Activities and Assignments in Flexible Course Design”
  • Thursday, Jan. 14: “Communication and Community in Flexible Course Design”

These workshops will be recorded and made available on the faculty training opportunities website.

Drop-in hours and appointments will continue to be available through the TLT training calendar and additional resources are listed on the Teach Everywhere website.
