Members of the campus community are encouraged to donate blood at one of three on-campus blood drives. Those who donate will have a chance to win a $5,000 gift card, courtesy of Suburban Propane.
The blood drives will be held:
- Tuesday, Oct. 21, 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Bloodmobile on the Quad (near Nord Hall)
- Thursday, Oct. 23, 2-7 p.m., Wade Pioneer Room (Sponsored by Mistletoe Residential College)
- Thursday, Oct. 30, 2-7 p.m., Fribley Fireside Room (Sponsored by Sigma Phi Epsilon)
Approximately 900 pints of blood are needed daily to meet the needs of Northeast Ohio hospitals and medical institutions. Each pint can save up to three lives. Everyone is encouraged to support the needs of the local community by donating blood at an upcoming drive.
Online appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are also welcome. Questions can be directed to adrian.griffin@case.edu.
