Employee Relations will host a four-hour supervisor training session Tuesday, June 22, from 1 to 5 p.m. This training session is aimed at providing new supervisors the skills and knowledge necessary to be successful in their roles.
All staff and faculty who have recently started their first Case Western Reserve University supervisory role are welcome to attend, whether or not they have previous supervisory experience. This includes supervisors who are new to the university as well as those who may have recently been promoted or transferred to a supervisory role.
The session will cover topics such as CWRU policies, building teams, managing performance and more.
