Employee Relations will host a training session titled “Supervising Remote Employees” via Zoom Monday, March 1, at 1 p.m. This session is available to all faculty and staff members who work in a supervisory role.
This one-hour session will cover topics such as common challenges for supervisors and supervisees. Tips on a variety of topics—including supervising remote employees, team meetings, one-on-ones, providing feedback and more—also will be shared.
