The Alumni Association of Case Western Reserve University welcomes incoming students and their families to a Summer Send-off event. All alumni, current students and parents are invited to greet the incoming class. In cities with the most incoming students, these cherished annual events create unique opportunities for alumni, parents and students to share their memories and advice with first-year students.
The sendoffs will be held in the following cities:
- Akron/Cleveland: Saturday, July 23, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. EDT at the Frank N. and Jocelyne K. Linsalata Alumni Center
- Baltimore/Washington, DC: Saturday, July 30, from 12:45 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. at Bowlero
- Bay Area: Saturday, July 30, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. PDT at the Aarti (GRS ’88) and Asheem (CIT ’86, GRS ’88) Chandna home
- Chicago: Sunday, July 31, from noon to 2 p.m. CDT at Jim (CIT ’69, GRS ’90) Cheryl Treleaven’s home
- Los Angeles: Sunday, July 31, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. PDT at St. Felix Hollywood – Selma Lounge
- New York City: Saturday, Aug. 6, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. EDT at RedEye Grill
- Morristown, New Jersey: Sunday, Aug. 7, from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. EDT at Venture X – Parsippany
