The summer barbecue season continues this week on Wednesday, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the Case Quad. The West Coast BBQ theme will feature salmon burgers, grilled chicken BLT’s, turkey and avocado panini’s, vegetable rice pilaf, roasted summer couscous side dishes, grilled romaine Caesar, mixed baby green salads and music by Cellocentric, a jazz/folk/world music group.
Each barbecue event costs $8 per person for one protein and unlimited sides, or $9 for unlimited buffet. The menu includes beverage and dessert, as well as a front row seat to the entertainment.
