The summer barbeque season continues this week on Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the Case Quad. The South American BBQ theme will feature grilled chicken mojo, chimichurri flank steak and black bean burgers, hot side dishes of grain and wild rice and traditional beans, avocado and watermelon salad and romaine and crispy tortilla salad, with music by Americana artist Rachel Brown.
Each barbecue event costs $8 per person for one protein and unlimited sides, or $9 for an unlimited buffet. The menu includes a beverage and dessert, as well as a front-row seat to the entertainment.
