The summer barbecue season continues Wednesday, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., on the Case Quad. The Mediterranean BBQ theme will feature grilled chicken souvlaki gyros, grilled marinara burgers and grilled eggplant parmesan burgers, hot side dishes of grilled citrus broccoli and ratatouille, Greek salad and Mediterranean pasta salad, with music by deejay Kris Koch.
Each barbecue event costs $8 per person for one protein and unlimited sides, or $9 for an unlimited buffet. The menu includes a beverage and dessert, as well as a front row seat to the entertainment.
