Kelvin Smith Library is accepting course reserve requests for the spring 2025 semester.
Accepted materials include books and audiovisual materials (DVDs, Blu-ray discs, and CDs). Requests must be submitted via the form on the library’s website.
Course reserves staff recommend submitting requests by Thursday, Jan. 2—two weeks before the first day of classes. All standard course reserves requests submitted by this date will be ready by the first day of classes, although there may be some exceptions. Requests submitted after this date will be processed on a rolling first-come, first-served basis and will require three to five business days for processing.
Kelvin Smith Library provides course reserves for classes within the College of the Arts and Sciences, Case School of Engineering and Weatherhead School of Management. To learn more about course reserves, visit the library’s website or email smithreserve@case.edu.
