Submit a video to be featured in #YouAreWelcomeHereCWRU campaign

The Center for International Affairs is asking for video submissions from students, faculty and staff as part of its expanded #YouAreWelcomeHereCWRU campaign.

The movement against racial injustice has highlighted the fact that CWRU’s international students are not the only students who need to know they are valued and welcomed at CWRU.

The center invites all members of the CWRU community to submit a video clip voicing support for students who experience systemic racism and oppression in all of its forms as part of the expanded #YouAreWelcomeHereCWRU campaign.

These clips will be shared as part of the center’s #WelcomeHereWednesday series where a new #YouAreWelcomeHereCWRU message is shared every week on its Facebook and Twitter pages.

The goal is to help ensure all members of the CWRU community, particularly those from historically marginalized communities, feel valued, feel they belong and know they are welcome at CWRU.

If you are interested in participating in this effort, email your #YouAreWelcomeHereCWRU video clip (recorded horizontally on a smartphone or via Zoom) to global@case.edu.
