Student volunteers needed to help at commencement

The Commencement Office is looking for dependable Case Western Reserve University students to help make commencement 2023 special and memorable for graduates. Volunteers are needed to assist with weekend ceremonies taking place at Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center.

Volunteers should be prepared to arrive no later than 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 20, and Sunday, May 21. Details about check-in and assigned positions will be provided at a mandatory meeting Thursday, May 18, at 4 p.m. at the Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center. Lunch will be provided both days.

The commencement office will cover the cost of on-campus housing extensions from Monday, May 15, to Monday, May 22, for all volunteers who complete their volunteer assignment. Students who need an extension, must enter their building, room number and Case ID (abc123) on the volunteer sign-up form below by April 27. Students should not contact housing or residence life directly, as doing so may result in charges applied to their account.

Sign up to volunteer. If you have any questions, contact Christal Crosby at christal.crosby@case.edu.
