Student Success presents at Salesforce’s Virtual Dreamforce to You 2020 conference

Case Western Reserve University’s Student Success was invited to present at Salesforce’s Virtual Dreamforce to You 2020, one of the largest technology conferences in the world, to showcase how their use of the tool’s success plans enhances student experience.

Success plans allow the team to work with students to customize their goals and interventions, outlining a clear action plan. These personalized success plans are unique to students’ individual needs and can be as focused or as general as a student chooses. Students can choose from one of five success plan categories: Academic Progress & Planning, Campus and Community Engagement, Career and Postgraduate Planning, Experiential Education and Personal Wellness & Development. While all students are encouraged to have at least one success plan, navigators have been working closely with first-year students to create success plans in each category.

The process of creating success plans is interactive, allowing students to choose a plan and monitor their progress in consultation with their navigator or career consultant. Once existing goals have been achieved, students are encouraged to establish new goals.

Student Success’ presentation at Dreamforce to You 2020 took place Nov. 17.
