The Commencement Office is seeking dependable Case Western Reserve University student and staff volunteers to help make commencement 2016 a special and memorable day for graduates and their guests.
Commencement will be held Sunday, May 15, in the Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center. Volunteers should prepare to arrive no later than 6:30 a.m. There will be a mandatory meeting for all volunteers Friday, May 13, at 4 p.m. in the Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center.
For student volunteers, the Commencement Office will cover the cost of an on-campus housing extension through Monday, May 16. For staff volunteers, time off within the work week will be given with advance approval from a direct supervisor.
