Student lifeguard and swim lesson instructor positions are available at the Donnell Pool in the Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center through One to One Fitness Center.
Lifeguards must have a valid lifeguard certification as well as first aid, CPR and AED certifications, and need to be available to work over the summer.
Swim instructors must have an excellent knowledge of proper swimming stroke techniques and prior experience with teaching swim lessons. American Red Cross WSI certification is preferred.One to One Fitness Center also offers lifeguard certification classes and swim lessons that are open to the public.
