Effective today (July 23), the Student Information System (SIS) and SIS Mobile have received a system upgrade.
Highlights of the upgrade include:
- More modern and intuitive student and faculty home pages;
- An improved process for class permission requests and approvals;
- Preferred name, personal pronoun and gender identity options for students;
- Enhanced communication and reporting capabilities;
- Streamlined direct-deposit enrollment for student refunds; and
- Real-time account statements available to students on-demand via self-service.
Users should update their bookmarked URL to case.edu/sis. It is recommended that users clear their cache; instructions are available at case.edu/utech/help/self-help-videos.
