Stress Less Week

The Class Officer Collective and University Health and Counseling Services will host Stress Less Week March 4-8 to provide students with self-care materials and offer small events to promote peace of mind.

The following events will be offered throughout the week for students.

Affirmations and Coloring

Stop by for handouts that include affirmation jars and coloring sheets to help you de-stress and start Stress Less Week off right.

Bears, Bubbles and Handwarmers

Tuesday, March 5

Receive teddy bears, bubbles and handwarmers.

Relaxing Yoga

Tuesday, March 5
5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Bellflower Hall lounge

Join the Class Officer Collective for a yoga session led by a professional to help you de-stress from midterms.

Stress Less Around the World

Wednesday, March 6
11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Tinkham Veale University Center

Working with the Office of Multicultural Affairs, the Class Officer Collective will host an event to incorporate de-stressing methods from around the world.

Rockin’ & Massagin’

Thursday, March 7
11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Tinkham Veale University Center

Get a free massage, paint a rock and have some snacks at this event.

Relaxing Yoga

Thursday, March 7
5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Participate in a relaxing yoga session.

J Chillin’ & Wingin’ It

Hang out with ice cream and food during community hour.
