Stress is unavoidable. But, our minds and bodies are not optimized to respond to the patterns of stress in the modern world. Creating self-care habits and sticking to them is the best means of adapting to modern stress.

Human Resources will host a presentation, titled “We’re Not Good at Stress, but We Can Get Better,” Oct. 21 at 1 p.m.

This presentation will walk through which habits best support stress management and how to make habits stick.
