Learn how incremental and tiny habit changes can lead to a happier life both in and outside of work during a one-hour workshop titled “Pearl Habits: The Most Direct Way to Improve Quality of Life.”

Held Thursday, May 20, at noon, this workshop will teach faculty and staff how to create beauty from the challenges and irritations that they face. The Pearl Habits method is a systematic approach to help participants increase mental and emotional strength, courage and resilience.
