IMPACT Solutions to host webinars to address conflict resolution, socially and self-aware workplaces – Conflict Resolution Webinar

IMPACT Solutions will host two webinars for faculty and staff in May and June.

The first, titled “Conflict Resolution,” will take place Thursday, May 6, from 10 to 11 a.m. Participants will learn how to navigate and learn from conflict. The presentation will explore causes of conflict, benefits and drawbacks, and communication skills that strengthen relationships and build workplace options.

The second webinar, titled “Creating a Self and Socially Aware Workplace,” will be held Tuesday, June 15, from 10 to 11 a.m. Participants will define social and self-awareness, identify how awareness impacts the workplace, assess their social and self-awareness skills, and identify obstacles to achieving a balanced, aware work environment. There also will be discussion on communication that encourages inclusion, connection and diverse perspectives.
