The Case Western Reserve University Laura and Alvin Siegal Lifelong Learning Program will offer a new monthly lecture series in partnership with One University Circle called EDU@1UC.
The inaugural lecture in the series will be held Wednesday, May 22, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at One University Circle’s Skylounge.
Justin Buchler, associate professor of political science, will present “Rapid Changes in American Politics.”
In the current political climate, news is posted and forgotten faster than it can be digested. Buchler will bring his research on spatial models to bear on the most current political headlines of the day.
The lecture is free for residents of One University Circle. It will cost $7 for Siegal Lifelong Learning Program members and $12 for all others.
Wine (for those 21+) and light appetizers will be included.
